Healings......
When you come for a healing I will ask you why you feel the need for a healing and then ask you to choose a crystal. This will indicate what sort of healing we will use. Probably one of the following........
HEALINGS AVAILABLE
Illuminations
Our bodies and energy fields can hold stories that we need to let go of. Sometime these stories can be so traumatic they can make us physically ill. Sometimes we have smaller stories that nag away at us causing anxiety and feelings of worthlessness. If you come for an illumination you choose to acknowledge some of these stories from the part of the body holding them. Old stories can take longer to reach but we can make a start by shedding the top layers and working back. Using crystals we will start to unravel stories & patterns that we no longer need. It is a gentle process of releasing & clearing although it may be emotional.
Soul retrieval and /or loss
Sometimes we have intense experiences, good and bad that cause us to give up a piece of our soul. A soul retrieval will reunite you with any lost pieces that are needed for healing.We all know that feeling of coming back from a holiday in a beautiful country and longing to go back. Like we left a piece of our heart behind, in fact we leave a bit of our soul. Also we have people in our lives who are special, maybe from the past that we often think of, we might have given a fragment of our soul to those people. As well as that we experience difficult times when we feel something of us has been ripped away against our will. Grief and trauma can cause this loss. There are many reasons why we loose pieces of our soul but in order to heal we might need them returned to us. We might decide to give them straight back to a loved one or future dream or we might hold onto them to be whole for little while and heal.
During a soul retrieval any missing pieces of the soul will be returned along with energetic gifts from the keepers of the three worlds. These should be honoured on an altar for a given time to secure the healing and return of the soul pieces.
Past Life Illuminations
This type of healing has been the most powerful and transformative for me personally. During a past life illumination we will ask sister Jaguar to take you back through the waters of time to a life you need to learn from. Sometimes energetic tendrils from our past lives reach though into this life causing unhelpful patterns of behaviour or thought processes that we need to acknowledge and release. At times these lives might be dark or difficult., we may have been very different characters with unhealthy traits. Other times we might have been great leaders or warriors with strength or self compassion and we need to bring a bit of that back with us to inspire us in this life. Journeys through our past lives can throw light on what we need in this lifetime to reach our full potential and true path.
Contract Work
We make contracts (deals) with ourselves and those around us all the time. Sometimes consciously, sometimes unconsciously we make these agreements and as we grow we may need to let go of or alter the contracts. Occasionally we have made a contract with someone we know in another lifetime and it needs to be released. As we let go of old contracts and ways of being we will write new ones to take their place.
We might have created a way of behaving for another individual or taken responsibility for another soul who no longer needs that care. We might have taken responsibility for a situation that is out of our control. We might have made ourselves smaller in some way because we think we will get something we need in return. Any and all the contracts we have made or continually make with ourselves or those around us can be dissolved or rewritten.
Karma Balancing
We are all familiar with the word Karma in modern language. It is a reference to cause and effect or action and reaction. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. In shamanic terms these actions and reactions can take place across different lifetimes and take effect across multiple generations. They can also be created by us and affect us just in this lifetime. We can create Karma which affects us badly with our own thoughts about an event that we have remembered a certain way.
Karma can be big and span the centuries or small and be a more recent problem. Either way we can journey to release it and find out what offerings or actions we need to take to take to correct any imbalance. To release karmic energy there must be an exchange so we will make an offering. After the healing you will be given instructions on how to make the offerings which must be done in a certain time frame.
Ancestor Cutting
Our biological ancertors can bequeath us many gifts, our cultural and genetic heritage (what we now call epigenetic) might have bestowed amazing instincts and intuitions. However we may need to rid ourselves of cultural beliefs or familial behaviours and reactions in order to move forward and heal. Religious or class/social restrictions that have been handed down for generations can hamper our ability to see ourselves and our path clearly. We can work through what needs removing and ask the Q'ero lineage ancestors for healing in the present. We will cut the ancestral lines that no longer serve us to move forward without the burdens of the past.

FIRE CEREMONIES...
Fire ceremonies are an ancient and sacred way of helping us to really focus and manifest what we would like in our lives. There two stages for this, first we will decide what we need to let go of and we will burn an undecorated stick to represent this. Secondly we will put a decorated stick into the fire to represent what we would like to call in. After everyones sticks have been placed in the fire we will share some food to close the ceremony. There is no charge for a fire ceremony but everyone must bring a little wood for the fire and some food to share and of course the sticks to represent what they would like to bring in and release. If you would like me to facilitate a fire ceremony please get in touch. If you have more than 20 people I may bring someone to assist and we will ask to be reimbursed for travel expenses if you are more than a few miles away.
PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION...
I am familiar with a range of psychedelics used in both ceremonial and recreational ways. I am also familiar with the at times deep and difficult emotions that can arise from these experiences. Whether you have had a trip go bad or need help unraveling feelings and visions that you have experienced in a ceremonial setting I can help and would tailor the healings and conversations between us with this in mind. This can occasionally be an urgent problem and I encourage anyone having a troubling time to get in touch straight away. I am not a therapist but I have been a shamanic practitioner for some years and have experience in this field. I can also direct you to qualified therapists who are sympathetic to use of psychedelics and drugs and any experiences that have unfolded because of their use. I must stress that I am not a 'sitter' and that any work we do will be to integrate previous experiences not initiate new ones. All psychedelics are illegal in the UK although I hope that may soon change.
WORKSHOPS...
I can tailor a work shop to suit your needs with meditation and visualisation or learning simple shamanic skills like smudging, blessings and journeying. We can include a Cacao ceremony before lunch and finish with a fire ceremony and a food share. Healings and initiations can be incorporated and I can also call on trusted friends to hold yoga classes. We can hold a workshop over a day or a weekend.

MY LOCATION
I work from my home in Mitcham where I do most healings. For certain services and in special circumstances I can come to you or your home. Mitcham is served by mainline train station Mitcham Eastfields which is 10 minute walk from me. Also the busses 270, 280, 264, 355, 127 and S1,
There is also Mitcham tram stop (not to be confused with Mitcham Junction). I am afraid there is no parking on my road but pay & display a minutes walk away. If you have any problems with mobility please let me know so I can make special arrangements for you.
FEES & AVAILABILITY
I am available most days of the week if booked a couple of weeks in advance and I can be flexible with times if an evening or weekend is more convenient. A typical healing will last between 1-2 hours usually about 90 mins.
I ask for a donation based on what you feel you can afford between £90-£120. I understand the recent financial pressures everyone has been under so please let me know if this is still unaffordable and I can offer a concession in certain circumstances.

COVID CONCERNS..........
I have had my Covid vaccination. I am happy to see anyone regardless of whether they have had the vaccine or not. I am happy to wear a mask to make clients comfortable however part of the healing may be blowing into the body while making a shhhhh sound in order to move energy around. So if this is a worry for you then please get in touch to discuss your concerns further.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING HEALINGS
That depends on the healing requested or required. For some healings I will place my hands under your head, for others I may hold your hand while I journey for your healing. During the healing I will place stones and crystals on your body and may touch you with feathers, dried leaves or a rattle. You will always remain fully clothed. There may moments where I put tiny amounts of oil on your hands or forehead. The priority is that you feel safe and and physically comfortable at all times although you may experience a range of emotions and feelings. If on the other hand you need help moving about I am glad to assist you as needed and as I have mentioned I have had my COVID vaccination. I am someone who can be anxious about interactions with new people so please get in touch with any concerns you have about anything to do with the potential healing.
Clients averagely visit 2-3 times for each problem they would like help with. However I will usually give you a small task to perform such as writing a letter to someone before burning it or starting to look after yourself in some way. It is your homework and unless you have completed the task there is not much point in keeping on returning because this type of healing is about helping you heal yourself.
Other healings can be a one off depending on what you would like help with. This sort of work really is dependent on you the client and how you feel about continuing. Sometimes tough feelings can surface and it takes time for them to be processed and dealt with. If you are meant to have additional healings then you will.
Allow for at least 90 minutes sometimes longer unless you have requested a particular rite or ritual that is shorter like a Despacho or Wilka Mayu initiation. Again please get in touch with specific queries regarding your appointment.
At my home on the London/Surrey unless we make special arrangements for me to come to you. Some services like home cleansing or fire ceremonies will be done at a residence or outdoor area that can accommodate more people. Cacao ceremonies are also held in places that can hold a number of people and in that case I will come to you.
Usually It is possible to bring a friend or relative in some cases. Having someone with you that you know during the healing may make you feel hesitant about opening up to feelings and emotions that come up during the healing. In special circumstances someone can wait in another room in the house for all or part of the healing. The important thing is that you feel safe so please ask any questions you might have.
